The bible is clear that we should stay away from worldly Christians.  We do this not because we hate them but because we love them:

We are told to judge those within:

1 Corinthians 5:11-13 King James Version (KJV)

11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolator, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

12 For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within?

13 But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.

Some may think that not eating with worldly Christians is unkind to them but actually it’s being kind because we are letting them know that what they are doing is not godly.

Ephesians 5:11 King James Version (KJV)

11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

If we do continue in sin, we will not inherit the Kingdom of Christ:

Ephesians 5:1-5 King James Version (KJV)

Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;

And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.

But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;

Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.

For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
